The Seed

The Seed is a beautiful wellness space right in the centre of Lagos. They offer classes every morning and evening, with the space available for calm coworking in between. Yoga styles on offer include Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Kundalini and Yang to Yin. Classes are usually 15€ each, or if you want to cowork there for the day, 20€ includes a class and day pass.
