The Mountain Bike Adventure offers a range of full day and half day rides, for riders of all levels of experience. You can do a downhill ride through Monchique´s forest with great lake view and then cool off with a swim, or ride cross country along the coast, over cliffs, beaches and national park, or take a challenge on their All Mountain adventures.

All rides are taken by a highly qualified guide and include lunch (on full day rides), water, transport, back-up vehicle, bike, helmet, equipment and a café stop.
