Both Shiatsu massage and yoga are excellent ways to relieve stress and relax the body, mind and heart. Therefore, clearly a vital ingredient for the ultimate holiday.

The Lightroom, offer a warm and loving environment and all the tools that years of experience with yoga bring. The teachers, Jenny and Igor, have worked with many different teachers to shape their own practice, which is one of openess and understanding. After a visit to the Lightroom, you will feel fully relaxed and connected, at home inside your own body, at peace with yourself.
